To access your account, first register using the unique link your employer provides. After registration, you can log in by either clicking your invite link or navigating to gradifi.vestwell.com and entering the credentials you set up during registration.
What types of education expenses are eligible?
It depends on your employer’s policy, available in your portal, but programs can cover a variety of courses, certifications, exam fees, books and materials, conferences, membership, workshops, or training fees relevant to your role.
When will I be reimbursed?
The timing of reimbursements is determined by your employer. For specific details, please review your employer’s policy on your portal dashboard (if available), or contact your benefits administrator directly.
Can I track the status of my request?
Yes. You’ll receive updates through your dashboard and can view pending, approved, or rejected requests at any time.
Can I submit multiple expenses?
Yes! As long as you stay within your employer’s annual limit, you can submit multiple requests.
Is there a deadline to submit my reimbursements for the year?
To be eligible for reimbursement in the current calendar year, submit your reimbursement requests no later than December 1.
