In your portal, you can create a Participant Activity Report (PAR) or Audit Report. PARs reflect all transactions by a participant, while an Audit Report allows you to apply various filters, such as fees, forfeitures, and participant contributions. To get started, follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to [https://tpa.vestwell.com/](https://tpa.vestwell.com/) and navigate to the “Reports” tab.
2. From the “Report Type” dropdown menu, you may select **Participant Activity Report** or **Audit Report**. Then, choose a specific plan from the “Plan” dropdown menu and set a custom time range in the “Dates” field.
3. Once you have made your selections, click **Generate Report**.
   - _Note: If you would like to download all plans at once, select **Download All Plans**._
4. After your report is generated, you will have the option to export it. Simply select **Download to CSV** or **Download to Excel** based on your preference.
   - _Note: If you choose to create an audit report, multiple reports will be generated, and you will need to go into each filtered tab to review and download a report._
